The Conch House Motel was built in the 1940’s, by our founders Jimmy and his wife, Jackie Ponce, and has been providing our guests with a unique experience unlike any other ever since. Due to the age and distinct layout of the Motel, none of our rooms have telephones (it was a huge deal back then just to have one line on the property, and it was only 5 digits!) and may not meet the requirements put in place by the Americans with Disabilities act of 1990 or the subsequent 2010 standards. However, most of our rooms are located on the ground floor or can be accessed with only a few steps. Strobe light fire alarms are available upon request at check-in.
